Summary: 

Vision is looking to hire a Project Manager to be a part of our Business Systems team, which manages enterprise-wide software for Vision, like our ERP, CRM, CPQ, etc. They will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and success of complex technology initiatives, like software implementations. They will also be responsible for scope, timeline, and budget and accountable for project outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization benefits realization.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Project Leadership: Define project requirements & timeline, identify key stakeholders, and develop comprehensive plans for larger initiatives and smaller ones simultaneously. 
  • Support software implementations from discovery through hypercare. 
  • Coordinate implementation activities across business, IT, vendors, and consultants. 
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID). 
  • Assist with deployment planning and production readiness. 
  • Project Documentation & Tracking: Maintain detailed project plans, and schedules, create reports, and update stakeholders. 
  • Maintain RAID logs, executive status reports, action logs, and milestone tracking. 
  • Track vendor deliverables and implementation milestones. 
  • Enterprise workflow & roles: Understand how work gets done across the enterprise, as well as the objectives of each project and role of each team member needed to achieve stated objectives.  
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and business process mapping 
  • Communication & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, take minutes, and act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Assist with UAT coordination and testing schedules.  
  • Coordinate UAT,  defect management, cutover planning, and hypercare. 
  • Coordinate change management and end-user training activities.

  • Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to project management tools and methodologies. 


Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 2–5 years supporting enterprise software implementations or Business Systems projects. 
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, Finance, Procurement,  
  • Experience coordinating software implementation vendors. 
  • Experience with UAT, data migration validation, production deployments, and integrations. 
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects. 
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure  
  • Experience coordinating resources, timelines and multitasking 
  • Strong written and verbal communication across multiple levels of stakeholders  
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through  
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle 
  • Customer service and relationship management skills  
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities 


Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / MIS /data and analytics/ business administration or related discipline  
  • Exposure to PMI, PMP, or CAPM frameworks 
  • Experience with Jira, Infor LN, Freshworks 
  • Experience with Scrum or Agile methodology  
  • Experience with Technology Integration or Construction Industry  
  • Participation in at least one full enterprise software implementation lifecycle. 
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, integrations, or data migration. 
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar. 
  • Experience with Infor LN, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise applications. 
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid implementation methodologies.
